Orders or service requests may be cancelled before fulfillment begins, subject to merchant, executive, or operational status. Once a quick-delivery order is accepted, packed, or dispatched, cancellation may be restricted. Service requests may also become non-cancellable once an executive is assigned or has started travel or work.
If OpenPlace or a merchant is unable to fulfill an order, the order may be cancelled automatically and any eligible prepaid amount will be refunded according to the refund policy.
