Refunds, replacements, and return eligibility depend on the order type, product category, and merchant/service fulfillment status. For marketplace orders, customers should raise a complaint within the applicable review window if a product is damaged, incorrect, or not delivered as promised.
For service bookings, refund decisions depend on assignment status, executive visit status, and any inspection or work already completed. If payment was collected and the service was not delivered, OpenPlace will review the case and process an eligible refund to the original payment method or as store credit.
Approved refunds are typically processed within 5 to 10 business days, subject to banking and gateway timelines.
